As a trade only distributor we only supply companies that are involved in the re-sale and installation of products, for any end user enquiries please feel free to contact a member of our sales team and they will be more than happy to recommend a dealer in your local area that can help with your requirements.

For all trade enquiries please either send an email outlining your full company name/trading name, address, contact details, website address and nature of your enquiry to a member of our sales team on or alternatively phone 01752 241010 to speak to a member of the team in person.

All orders will be processed on a Proforma basis with payment accepted by debit card, bank transfer, cleared cheque or credit card (credit cards subject to a 2.5% processing fee). To apply for a 30 day credit account please request an account application form when speaking to our sales team and they will be more than happy to send one out for you.

All items being returned will require an RMA number obtained from SMG (please click on the “RMA request” button) – this must be quoted on all documentation.

Multi returns – Trade customer returning more than one item will be required to either submit additional RMA requests or log on to the Trade Portal and select the “RMA request multiple” form available. Please contact your account manager for any “non-standard” return issues.

End users – Items that are faulty but still within a warranty period, are to be returned directly to the original place of purchase.
