The Riviera Prisma is a professional level hand bearing compass, it allows direct sighting via a prismatic lens. The 58mm (2 ¼”) card is mounted on a jewel and pivot movement with fluid damping.

The Riviera Prisma is a professional level hand bearing compass, it allows direct sighting via a prismatic lens. The 58mm (2 ¼”) card is mounted on a jewel and pivot movement with fluid damping. The compass has an integral diaphragm to compensate for variations in pressure and temperature.
The card is graduated in 1° divisions and back lighting is provided by 1.5v DC battery. The compass can be used whilst hand held by the ergonomically design pistol grip or can be mounted via the supplied holster and be used as a conventional steering compass. The design of the compass allows the unit to be fully serviced or repaired.
