All goods being returned require a RMA number, this will be issued upon completion of this form.
RMA numbers must be clearly marked on any returned items and all correspondance.

Repair & Service - TRADE- For SMG customers requesting returns for repair or service. Proof or purchase will be required.
Repair & Service - END USER - For non-SMG customers requesting returns for a non-warranty repair or service.
Credit - Trade customers only. For SMG customers requesting to return an item purchased from SMG for credit. SMG invoice number will be required.
