All goods being returned require an RMA number, this will be issued upon completion of this form.

RMA numbers must be clearly marked on any returned items and all correspondance.

Repair & Service - TRADE - For SMG customers requesting returns for repair or service. Proof of purchase will be required.

Repair & Service - END USER - For non-SMG customers requesting returns for a non-warranty repair or service. A fee will be charged.

Credit - Trade customers only - For SMG customers requesting to return an item purchased from SMG for credit. SMG invoice number will be required.

Snowbee enquires - TRADE - For SMG customers requesting help with Snowbee product issues. - Returns will be determined once enquiry is assessed.
